Baking on the Farm: Meringues and Curds

Description

With eggs as beautiful as New Pond Farm’s, we will not waste any part of them! We will make meringues using the egg whites, and while they are in the oven, we will make a curd with the yolks. Then bring them both back together in a perfect sweet and tart reunion.
